Every project is unique, and the services provided are tailored to the individual needs of each client and project. Below are the range of services that ALEXANDRE KINNEY ARCHITECT PLLC is capable of providing:

Programming: Helping clients define the goals and requirements of a project, before actually commencing concept design. The objective is to develop a project brief and program by the end of this process.

Concept Design: Conducting research on the site, historical and cultural context, and other concepts, ideas or topics relevant to the project, and then translating that research into an initial design response to the project brief.

Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation: Once a concept design is approved by the client, the design will be developed to progressively greater levels of detail over the following phases, eventually producing a drawing set that is ready to communicate the design intention to a contractor who will build the project. If consultants are required for the project, they will typically become involved at the Schematic Design stage.

Interior Design: The client can choose the level to which they would like ALEXANDRE KINNEY ARCHITECT PLLC to provide interior design services, which can range from designing the base building and leaving interior design to others, to specifying all interior finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.

Selecting a builder: Depending on client preferences, there are a variety of ways that ALEXANDRE KINNEY ARCHITECT PLLC can be involved in selecting a general contractor to build the project.

Construction Administration: Depending on the nature of the project and client preferences, ALEXANDRE KINNEY ARCHITECT PLLC can provide additional services during the construction phase of the project.

Graphic Design & Marketing: Assisting the client with the creation of promotional or presentation materials related to an architectural project.
